Welcome to Tower Heights Condos in Gainesville, Georgia! Nestled in a prime location, our condos offer three cozy bedrooms upstairs, ensuring privacy and comfort. Conveniently located across the street is a bustling mall, perfect for all your shopping needs. Plus, enjoy top local dining spots like Sanctuary on the Square, La Montaña Grill, 2 Dog, and The Smith House. Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night. Infants under 2 years old stay free. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies. This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals. Thank you for understanding! For your convenience, trash cans are located on the left side of the house, with trash pickup every Saturday.
