It seemed brand new and the townhome was cleaned perfectly and had lots of space Everything was perfect. I didn’t find anything wrong or complain. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Location was great and the facility was far better than I was expecting. It looked very elegant inside and was new. Very pleased. 2 things were a Major disappointment. The pillows just sucked. It looks like you picked up Walmart special pillows--cheap foam!! The plates were very hot when put in microwave. A couple very minor things were TV remote in den didn't work (OK, didn't watch any TV anyway) and there was hardly any paper towels left on the roll and no backup.

Chris and staff are top notch ! My Mom has scared us twice in the last year- Chris has helped more than he will ever know! Being able to look or text Chris in crisis is a definite relief even if no houses are available!

How clean it was it was exactly what the website and photos showed it would be very bright well designed and decorated. If I get, it was a little too high in cost for one night

Comfortable, cozy and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The communication with the agent was great. I was thankful for use of the garage. The agent provided thorough directions to the house. Pay attention to the directions. The steep driveway was a bit scary to my granddaughter. I was thankful to be able to use the garage. The bathrooms did not have any hooks or racks to hang towels and clothing on. Construction next door was a surprise.

The initial communication was bad, but the house pleasantly surprised! Beautiful, very clean, well decorated, and great proximity to what we needed. Decent price. Just need better communication options. The "team" at Hospitable was helpful, however, I do not think I heard from the host once. I did have some questions I wanted to ask, but time ran out.
