Please note: This home is the private basement level of a house. The upper level is also a separate Airbnb with its own private entrance and guests. The two units are completely independent, with no shared interior spaces. However, because this is a basement apartment, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps and voices from the guests staying upstairs. We ask all guests to be respectful of one another, and quiet hours are observed to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. The basement unit has its own private entrance, designated parking, and exclusive use of its reserved space, allowing you to enjoy a private and comfortable visit. To ensure a smooth check-in, you will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival.

This beautiful full-sized home includes a separate private apartment below, each with its own driveway entrance. Guests staying in the main house have access to the two-car garage as part of their amenities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Guests staying in the main house enjoy exclusive use of the upper level, designated outdoor areas, and parking assigned to this listing. The two units are completely independent and designed to provide privacy for everyone. Because this is the upper level of the home, normal household sounds such as footsteps, children playing, moving furniture, or dropping items can be heard by guests staying in the basement apartment. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of those staying below by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If you're traveling with children, we simply ask that you help them avoid excessive running or jumping indoors whenever possible. We understand that normal family activity is part of everyday life, and we appreciate your consideration in helping create a pleasant stay for everyone. For your convenience, trash cans are located against the wall near the basement area. Trash pickup occurs on Saturday mornings. Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night. Infants under 2 years old stay free. This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies. This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals.
