This cozy private suite has a full-sized home above it. Each unit has its own driveway entrance, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. This is a private basement apartment located beneath a separate upper-level Airbnb. The basement unit has its own driveway, private entrance, and dedicated parking, with no shared interior spaces. Guests have full privacy throughout their stay. The upstairs and basement units are completely separate, allowing both listings to operate independently and comfortably. Nestled in the basement of a charming home, the Glamorous Hideaway offers a peaceful and private retreat. Located minutes from downtown Gainesville, Northeast Georgia Hospital, and Brenau University, you’ll have easy access to a variety of nearby restaurants, including Sanctuary on the Square, El Ranchero, Recess Southern Gastro Pub, and Chicken Salad Chick. For your convenience, trash cans are located against the exterior wall, and trash pickup occurs on Saturday mornings. Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night. Infants under 2 years old stay free. This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies. This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals.
