Welcome to Lake House 2, a peaceful and comfortable home located in Gainesville, Georgia, just a short distance from Lake Lanier and many great local restaurants and attractions. This home is designed with convenience in mind. The entire house is on one level with no interior stairs, making it easy for guests to move around and enjoy the space. The property sits on top of a hill, which provides a quiet and elevated setting. Because of this location, the driveway is somewhat steep, so guests should take it slow when driving up to the home. Inside, you’ll find a clean, comfortable space perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Whether you're visiting for a getaway, work, or spending time near Lake Lanier, Lake House 2 offers a welcoming and convenient place to stay. Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night. Infants under 2 years old stay free. This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies. This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals.
