This family-friendly Viking-style home offers a comfortable and peaceful stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home features a cozy living area with a fireplace and chaise lounge—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Step outside to enjoy the patio, where you can often see birds and deer, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. The home is sparkling clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Conveniently located near Downtown Gainesville, Northeast Georgia Hospital, and Brenau University. Nearby restaurants include Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Chicken Salad Chick, all just a short drive away. Trash bins are located on the side of the house. Trash pickup is on Saturday mornings. Our nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night. Infants under 2 years old stay free. This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies. This is our standard policy and is very common with hotels and short-term rentals. Thank you for understanding!
